How Do I place a custom order?

Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

Click view cart on the right side of the screen.

Click checkout or make payment using PayPal button. You don't need a paypal account to pay using a credit card.

Enter your name address etc.

At checkout you will see an area with note to seller. Add your pets name and any text you would like on your stone.

After you have completed checkout you will see a "Thank You" message. At the top of the message you will be able to attach your image.

Once we receive your order and photo we will contact you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We work hard to process all orders as soon as they are received. Normal turn around time is about a week.

Keep in mind the faster you reply to our emails the faster we will be able to process your order.

How does the ordering process work?

Once you have finished checkout and submitted your photo, we will contact you with 24 hours to confirm your order.

At this time we will let you know if your picture can be engraved. If not we will request a new image.

We will start the process of making your design proof. It is very important to send your best photo at checkout.

Once we make the proof, the image can NOT be changed in most cases. The layout of our stones are based on the pictures size and shape.

When the design is done we will email you the proof for your approval. Once you receive the proof look it over and note any spelling errors or changes that need to be made in the reply email.

When we receive your approval we will engrave the stone.

Once a proof is approved we will start production and at that time no chnages can be made.

All orders ship Priority mail with delivery confirmation.

Do you make Stones for Humans?

Yes! Most of our orders are for Pets but we do make human stones as well.

How is the stone made?

Our stones are laser engraved using a monument engraving system. The same system used to engrave large human grave markers.  The Laser blasts small dots into the polished stone making an image that will last for hundreds of years.
